Ahhh, hmmm. Maybe I blasted off a bit too fast? The end was quite alarming as calf popped about 1k out. Still a PB even though I walked the last 1k. Estimated I might have got 1:07 had the injury not occurred. Strange the middle sector at only 7mph - sure that one must be measured wrongly, maybe. Maybe I should be encouraged about opening 8 miles averaging over 8mph!
